Rehabilitation of Vista Alegre Museum

Located on the site of the porcelain factory bearing the same name, the exhibition at the Vista Alegre Museum displays the evolution of Portuguese porcelain manufacture. Inaugurated in 1964, it offers a wide range of magnificent examples of decorative and domestic porcelain. Visitors are invited to enter the world of the first manufactured pieces, the unique creations of the end of the Portuguese monarchy, the commemorative items created for special dates and the most creative decorations produced during almost 200 years of manufacture.
