The Visabeira Ombudsman is responsible for giving adequate follow-up to any complaints, grievances or suggestions from customers, suppliers or employees of the Group.
The Ombudsman’s duties are the assertion and promotion of the rights and interests of customers, users, suppliers and employees of the Group’s companies, and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the services provided by said companies.
